Curry Night is back — and so is Adam! This time, he’s serving up a dish that perfectly balances comfort and spice: Sali Murghi, tender chicken simmered in a fragrant apricot curry, layered with rich, aromatic spices that fill the air with warmth and nostalgia. Each plate is crowned with golden, crispy spiced potato straws for that perfect crunch and served alongside fluffy basmati rice and warm, buttery garlic naan — ideal for soaking up every last drop of sauce.
