Haggis is a classic Scottish delicacy, traditionally made from minced sheep’s offal (heart, liver, and lungs), mixed with oatmeal, suet, spices, and onions, then encased in a sheep’s stomach and cooked. Despite its humble origins, it’s a flavorful and hearty dish that has become iconic in Scotland.
