Königsberger Klopse is a traditional German dish that originated in Königsberg, which is now Kaliningrad. It consists of meatballs made from ground pork and beef, mixed with eggs, onions, and various herbs and spices. These meatballs are simmered in a savory broth which is flavored with capers and a splash of vinegar for tanginess. Served with boiled potatoes and garnished with chopped parsley.
